For weddings located outside a 40 mile radius of the postcode WR9 8TZ, travelling expenses of 35p/mile will be charged.

e.g. For a wedding located 130 miles away from the postcode WR9 8TZ:

130 - 40 = 90
90 x 0.35 x 2 = 63

So travelling expenses of £63 will be charged.

For weddings located more than 140 miles away from the postcode WR9 8TZ, one overnight charge of £45 will also be imposed. For weddings located more than 280 miles away from the postcode WR9 8TZ, two overnight charges of £45 will be imposed.

e.g. For a wedding located 300 miles away from the postcode WR9 8TZ:

300 - 40 = 260
260 x 0.35 x 2 = 182
2 x 45 = 90
182 + 90 = 272

So travelling expenses of £272 will be charged.

Before making your booking please check that the date of your wedding is available, either by using the Calendar Button below or by contacting us directly using the Contact Links above or to the right.

Once you have confirmed that the date of your wedding is available, first complete the Booking Form below then make an Advanced Payment of around 25%. This will be deducted from the Total Price.

Cheques should be made payable to Video Creations and sent to us at our address.

Alternatively, this payment can be made online via PayPal. Payment is fast, free and secure. And you do not need a PayPal account! Click on the Payment Links to the right.

As soon as we receive your payment we will send you written confirmation of your booking. In the meantime, we will reserve this booking for you for up to 7 days.
