Travelling Expenses

For weddings located outside a 40 mile radius of the postcode WR9 8TZ, travelling expenses of 35p/mile will be charged.

e.g. For a wedding located 130 miles away from the postcode WR9 8TZ:

130 - 40 = 90
90 x 0.35 x 2 = 63

So travelling expenses of £63 will be charged.

 

For weddings located more than 140 miles away from the postcode WR9 8TZ, one overnight charge of £45 will also be imposed. For weddings located more than 280 miles away from the postcode WR9 8TZ, two overnight charges of £45 will be imposed.

e.g. For a wedding located 300 miles away from the postcode WR9 8TZ:

300 - 40 = 260
260 x 0.35 x 2 = 182
2 x 45 = 90
182 + 90 = 272

So travelling expenses of £272 will be charged.

To make a wedding video booking either Contact us directly OR complete and send the Booking Form below.

To finalise the booking you must make an advanced payment and this can be done in 2 ways:

• By Post - make a cheque payable to Video Creations, write the date of the wedding clearly on the back and send it to us
• By PayPal - click the PayPal button to the left and follow the instructions.

As soon as we receive the advanced payment we will finalise the booking and send you written confirmation. In the meantime, we will reserve the booking for you for up to 7 days.
